What certification means
UKQAB Quality Approved confirms that the organisation or scope named on the certificate has met the applicable requirements of the UKQAB Quality Assessment Framework.
It provides independent evidence of quality practices for presentation to customers, partners and stakeholders. Certification applies only to the approved scope and the validity period shown on the certificate.

Suitable start-ups, SMEs, larger organisations, education providers, institutions and service providers can apply from the UK or internationally.

Assessment Framework
UKQAB QAF considers seven assessment areas. The questions and evidence requirements are adapted to the certification type and agreed scope.

UKQAB Quality Approved certification is normally valid for 12 months. The exact period is shown on your certificate.
Renewal is handled directly with the UKQAB team. We can contact your organisation before expiry to discuss the scope and any updated assessment requirements.
Using the
Quality Approved mark
Successful organisations may use the mark on their website, brochures, business profiles, proposals, office displays, social media and other relevant materials.
Use must relate to the approved scope and remain within the certification period. The mark must not imply approval of activities that have not been assessed.
Assessment fees depend on the scope.
Every organisation is different. Once we understand what you would like assessed, we will confirm the assessment scope, requirements and applicable fee.
Submitting an application or paying an assessment fee does not guarantee certification.
